I'm a little under the weather this week having just returned from a fantastic vacation with my dear friend James. Last week was my 35th birthday; and James kidnapped me for a Destination Unknown surprise road trip!! {Pics and details to be posted soon} I've never had a surprise birthday party before, and let me just tell you, I'm a fan! I love planning surprise parties, but having one thrown for you is very special indeed.

Regretfully, though, we had to come home and go back to work. Since getting back, it's been so dreary! It's been raining non-stop, which makes even the simplest things difficult {and kind of annoying}. Luckily the weekend is just around the corner which means fun events, relaxation and spending time working on my website
